Smoothie: Banana, apple, oat flakes, spiroulina, oat milk | Bulgur with tofu, beans and sprouts | Some avocado and bean sprouts | Mashed potatoes with brussel sprouts and a cheese sandwich (yes, whole grain) | Müesli with yoghurt |
Doing fine! No coffee today either, which was good for me.
