Café review III

To have coffee on a sunday morning in Malmö, and avoiding all the crowded cafés that serve brunch, I went to Mad Miss Molly's Café & Deli.

Actually, they do serve sunday brunch, but it starts pretty late (12.00) so we had our coffee before the rush. They seem to have a big assortment of home made pastries, I had a cinnamon roll and my friend had some pancakes. They also serve salads, soup, wraps, smoothies etc. so you'll be sure to find something you like. The interior is nice, I think it's a fairly new café and they played Coldplay in the background, sweet. However... the coffee was very pricey - 25 sek (2,5 €) and the cinnamon bun was heated in the microwave so that it was firstly very hot and then got leathery. When I asked for a new one, the waitress brought it to me and said "I hope I didn't kill this one too" and looked above my head out the windows. Some people are just not meant to have a service job. Moreover, the roll was exactly as tortured as the first one, so I had to eat it quickly before it was completely ruined. The best thing about the café was definitely the company that I brought along myself. However, if you are served by another waitress I'm sure you can have a very pleasant time there.
